The noise cancellation isnt working

Sounds great, box was a little busted up and taped but the product is excellent

I got the open box quality. The original box was lightly “scuffed” but all the contents inside (AirPods and the ear tip replacements) were in perfect condition. Very satisfied with my purchase, especially considering it is nearly $100 less than brand new/packaged ones.
