I ordered the galaxy tab s10 fe in open box condition bundled with a keyboard case and spen. Was worried about the actual condition of the item because the original box was beat up, but when I opened it up, the tablet and case were brand new. Powered it up, tested the battery health, it was 100% and when I logged in my Samsung account Samsung sent me a thank you email for registering a new product. Whoever bought this tablet and returned it never even set it up. Score!

I chose to buy the tablet in “very good” condition and as described, it is in a very good condition. It came in a normal carboard box with each item individually wrapped in plastic and protected with bubble wrap, so thankfully there wasnt any major damages during shipping. There were a few minor scratches which I believe to be already there since I bought it as “very good” but its not too distracting and I dont mind stuff like that so this is perfect for me. Came with the S-pen and the keyboard case and those work absolutely great. The device is very responsive and has the percect amount of storage for me. I wasn’t expecting it to come with an SD card but it came with one already in it so I have another 256GB storage to play around with. Loving it, an absolutely great deal!

The tablet came in perfect condition in a brown box. However the case that was sent was the wrong one and the S-pen was missing. I emailed them and they responded same day with a resolution. I received the replacement case and S-pen within a few days. All in all, a great value vs buying new!
