Wish I knew!

Product is to easy to drop as you pull it out of the packing which results in the edge hitting the side of the desk which resulted in the cracking of the screen. I know it was considered my fault but it seems that it could have been an easier way to handle it were you would not be so susceptible to dropping and engineered to take at least a minor drop of a few inches and not crack. Now I have a new monitor that hasn't even been plugged in yet sitting in my office staring at me with a broken heart.
