We require the item to be returned to us in the same condition it was shipped to you. The item must be signed out of the cloud or product account to be eligible for return.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required.

I’m keeping the watch but that being said , it was not new. It was an open box. It was suppose to be brand new. So I would not recommend this company.

Hi Denise, we do apologize for the confusion as the items we sell are open box. This means that the item is in like-new condition in the original box which may show some signs of distress. We are more than happy to accept a return for the item within a 30 day window of when it was purchased :).
