We require the item to be returned to us in the same condition it was shipped to you. The item must be signed out of the cloud or product account to be eligible for return.

We will create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so our technicians can review the issue and attempt to repair it. If they are unable to repair the item, and the damage is confirmed not due to abuse (this includes and not limited to a cracked screen and water damage) we can offer an exchange.
Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required.
