Q: I would like to return an item. What do I do?
A: Please contact our customer service team via email or give us a call. Please also see our returns section on the bottom of the page.
 
Q: Can I exchange my item instead of receiving a return?
A: At Quick Ship Electronics, we give you the option of receiving an exchange instead of a refund within the first 60 days. Please refer to our returns section for further information.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
A: Turn around time for a return is 1-3 business days from receiving the item. Your refund will be issued back to the form of payment use. Fund availability depends on the bank or card company used. 

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my replacement item?
A: Turn around time for processing a return is 1-3 business days. Your replacement item will then be shipped using two-day service. 

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION 

Q:
Do you charge sales tax on purchases?
A:
We are required to charge sales tax in the following states: WA, IN, ME, PA, OK, RI, AR, KY, MI, MN, NJ, and WI. 
Starting November 1st, 2018, we are then required to charge sales tax for NC and SD residents as well. 

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express along with PayPal.

 

SHIPPING

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: All orders placed with Quick Ship Electronics are shipped with two-day shipping for free. No minimum purchase required!

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Your order will ship the same day if placed before noon PST, Monday-Friday. If an order is placed after noon PST, your order will ship out the next business day. 

Q: What carrier will my item ship with? 
A: We use FedEx Two Day service.

Q: Can I provide a PO Box for a shipping address?
A: FedEx requires a physical address to ship packages so unfortunately, no.
