60 Days to 1-Year

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a comparable model will be sent as a replacement. We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 60 days but will do our best to either repair your item or provide a comparable replacement. Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 3-4 business days, depending on the issue The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent. Functionality issues for purchases that are more than 60 days old will not have shipping charges covered and the buyer will be responsible for sending the item back at their expense.
